This is--it's almost rock, almost prog, and in the middle of the 3 longer pieces almost experimental. It reminds me strongly of some of the material on LAM, as well as being rhythmically similar to Saagara 2. If you know of Zimpel only through his free jazz material, this will surprise you. Except for the middle parts of the 3 longer works, he's buried in the mix, with Ziolek taking center stage. This actually works rather well, IMO.
